By using Ramik Perfumes' website, app, or physical stores across Bahrain and the GCC, you agree to these terms. Account holders must provide accurate info and secure their credentials; unauthorized or fraudulent use may result in account termination.

Products: Sells original branded perfumes. Images and packaging may vary slightly.

Pricing & Errors: Prices are listed in regional currencies and may change. Ramik reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors and cancel/refund impacted orders.

Orders: Subject to availability, fraud verification, and confirmation. Ramik may limit quantities, reject, or cancel orders before dispatch.

Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, BenefitPay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in service restrictions.

Bahrain: Local delivery (including free or estimated same-day delivery where eligible).

GCC & International: Subject to shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and potential local customs duties, taxes, or import fees (payable by the customer unless specified otherwise). Delays due to weather, customs, or couriers are outside Ramik's control.

Promotional offers, flash sales, gift wrapping, and discount codes have specific terms, limits, and expiration dates. They cannot be combined unless stated and do not guarantee stock availability.

Returns/Exchanges: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging due to hygiene standards. Opened/sprayed items are non-returnable unless required by consumer laws.

Damages/Defects: Report incorrect, damaged, or defective items immediately with proof (photos/videos) for investigation and replacement/refund.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch.

Intellectual Property: All Ramik branding, logos, and content are protected; third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability: Ramik is not liable for indirect losses, service outages, third-party link content, or events beyond reasonable control (force majeure). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and applicable local consumer protection laws across the GCC/international markets.
