Return & Exchange Policy

If you ordered Product A but received Product B due to an error on our part, Ramik Perfumes will take full responsibility. The incorrect product will be collected and the correct product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

If your perfume arrives damaged, please open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier.

To qualify for an exchange, you must: • Take a clear photo showing the damaged perfume/product. • The courier and their uniform should be clearly visible in the same photo. • Report the damage immediately at the time of delivery.

In this case, Ramik Perfumes will take full responsibility and arrange an exchange for the correct product.

If the product is reported as damaged after the courier has left, we may not be able to accept an exchange, as there is no reliable evidence showing whether the damage occurred during delivery, before delivery, or after receiving the product.

Therefore, customers are strongly advised to inspect their order before accepting the delivery.

If the correct product was delivered in good condition but the customer simply does not like the fragrance, changes their mind, or chooses a different fragrance, no return or exchange will be accepted.

Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, used, or tested cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ramik Perfumes provides exchange rather than cash refunds for eligible cases covered by this policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Any product approved for exchange must be returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

All exchange requests will be reviewed by Ramik Perfumes based on the evidence provided. This policy does not limit any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
